Men’s Training

Ealing Trailfinders 1871 men’s side train on Tuesdays and Thursday from 19:30-21:00 at Vallis Way in Ealing, West London. Sessions consist of a high-quality warm-up, in-game situations and fundamental skills.

Our physiotherapy team are on site throughout training to tend to any ailments, injury or rehab you may need to ensure you’re fit and ready to go every match day.

There is an optional strength and conditioning training from 18:30 in our on-site gym led by S&C coach Conor Bird.

We have a close link to the professional side at the club and have regular training sessions coordinated by our professional players.

Women’s Training

Ealing Trailfinders 1871 Women’s side train on Wednesdays from 19:00-21:00. This is a full pitch session led by head coach Andrew Quick.

As the women’s team continue to develop we hope to be able to offer more use of facilities including strength and conditioning sessions and a dedicated physiotherapist.

There’s no obligation to get involved straight away and our coaches and volunteers will be more than happy to show you around and introduce you to the team.
