Training
Men’s Training
All our men’s players train at Vallis Way on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:30 - 21:00.
Sessions consist of a high quality warm-up, in-game situations and functional skills. Our training is designed to ensure players, experienced and new, get the best possible coaching of our unique style of rugby.
We have an on-site medical services team who are on hand before and during training to tend to any injuries, ailments or rehab you may need to ensure you’re fit and ready for match days.
We also optional an optional strength and conditioning session from 18:30 before training in our on-site gym led by our S&C coach Conor Bird.
Due to our close links with the professional side, we reguarly have pro players come down to offer guidance on specific areas including set pieces, defence and attack.
Women’s Training
Ealing Trailfinders 1871 Women’s side train on Wednesdays from 19:00-21:00. This is a full pitch session led by head coach Andrew Quick.
As the women’s team continue to develop we hope to be able to offer more use of facilities including strength and conditioning sessions and a dedicated physiotherapist.
