In March 2021, the Ealing Trailfinders Women’s side was founded by head coach, Andrew Quick, and the Ealing Trailfinders Community and Foundation.

The project, initially supported by Sport England, enabled the team to grow and flourish to offer women in the local community the chance to play amateur rugby.

In 2023, it was decided to run the the women’s amateur side within Ealing Trailfinders 1871 so the team can continue its upward growth and create a one club mentality.

The women’s side currently compete in NC3 South East (Central).
